Niles Steel Tank uses the following processes for the design, analysis and evaluation to meet of our customer’s needs….
• Autodesk Software for 2D drawings, 3D modeling, CFD, and FEA
• ASME computer software for the design calculations of:
Pressure vessel shell/head, Nozzles/nozzle reinforcement, Cones, Flange, Tube sheet,
Supports, Wind/Seismic, Post weld heat treat evaluation, WRC-107, Vacuum and more.
Our engineering staff is experienced with project management and can handle products relating to ASME Code Sect. VIII Div. 1, Section IV HLW, Section I Power Boilers and “R” Repairs or Alterations, API 620 & 650 and others. And, our staff will also prepare the necessary paper work for Registration in Canada, if needed.
