Niles Steel Tank Capabilities

Niles Steel Tank is a custom tank fabricator for a multitude of industries. We build custom tanks and pressure vessels with requirements beyond “off the shelf” type of product. We offer special linings including Ultonium^® glass lining with Microban^® for water applications, Ultonium^® II glass lining with Microban^® for wastewater treatment projects and Niles Defender® epoxy linings. We have the capability to insulate and jacket tanks with spray foam and a steel jacket or with spray foam and an acrylic topcoat. Additionally, we offer full metal jackets as found on process equipment.

Niles Steel Tank maintains a higher level of quality due to the experience and training of our Quality Assurance Team. Our facility can produce tanks in carbon steel, stainless steels, and a variety of specialty metals for specific applications. Although we have a standard product offering within the water storage industry, we continue to serve industries with special requirements.
