Pressure Vessels

NST constructs vessels according to the following ASME Code Sections; Section VIII Division 1 “U” stamp, Section I “S” stamp and Section IV “HLW” stamp. We also have a National Board “R” stamp. NST complies with Military and other industry specifications as needed. ASME approved grades of carbon and stainless steels are used in the majority of the products we manufacture. Our pressure vessels are used in many industries across the country and around the world.

Through the years, Niles Steel Tank has fabricated custom tanks and vessels for many industries. Our custom pressure vessel fabrication is strictly governed by the ASME Code, customer requirements and our quality control system. Vessels are built to exact customer specifications and our engineering team is always ready to assist you in designing products. Our engineering team uses 2D and 3D CAD models to produce professional shop fabrication and customer approval drawings.
